Lead Rope and Saddle Pad Donations NEEDED!

HEET is soliciting donations for lead ropes. We have discovered that we have way more halters than ropes. If you have any ropes you no longer need, we would appreciate your donations.

Dr. Gary Gordon DVM has a project where he collects used, clean saddle pads for Haitian animal welfare. He takes in the donations and ships them to Haiti at his own expense. We have agreed to publicize this for him and help with collections.

For North County, Atascadero Hay and Feed, 6155 Via Avenue, Atascadero, 461-6411, has agreed to be a drop spot for lead ropes (being donated to HEET) and saddle pads (being donated to Dr. Gary Gordon DVM, for Haitian animal welfare).

In Morro Bay (central coast), they can dropped off at McElhinney & McElhinney Law Offices, 800 Quintana Rd, Sute 2F (upstairs).

In South County and or North Santa Barbara County, contact Julie (264-3422) for drop off location.
